We are pleased to say our Covid-19 vaccine clinic last week was a success. Over 100 staff and a majority of our residents vaccinated. None of our residents presented with any side effects of the vaccine. The staff presented with little to no side effects from the vaccine. The Covid-19 vaccine requires two injections scheduled three weeks apart. Per the CDC, the first injection starts building protection, the second injection is needed to get the most protection the vaccine has to offer. Our next Covid-19 vaccination clinic will be held on January 14, 2021.
This year has been a challenge to say the least! We would like to thank our staff who have worked tirelessly to keep our residents safe. We offer a special thank you to our families for being patient and understanding while we implemented the ever-changing Covid-19 guidelines and restrictions.
