St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion has three (3) long-term care units to meet individual care needs of all. Each long-term unit provides a supportive resident-centered environment focusing on helping residents achieve their highest level of independence.
- 24-hour skilled nursing services
- 24/7 provider oversight (nursing, therapists, social workers, physician management)
- Individual, customized care plans and support services
- Physical, occupational and speech therapy and recreational therapy
During the warm weather months, residents can enjoy our gated patio area, which offers flower gardens, seating and a gazebo. Special recreation programs take place year-round with barbeques in the summer, monthly outings, Easter, Thanksgiving, Veteran’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Christmas meals with families.
Residents have access to a comprehensive range of rehabilitation services, including physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapy. To enhance resident safety, we use the Wander Guard system. This system features a small device worn like a watch. When the resident approaches an exit, the door automatically locks and an alarm sounds.
