Rely on us when you need us the most.
The Rehab Center fills the gap between your hospital stay and home care. After a hospital stay, you or your loved one may require additional therapy or education related to specific illnesses, care or medications before going home. Our Rehab Center includes Specialty Care and Transitional Care Rehab. Each entity offers care and support in a rehabilitative setting and our experienced staff works together to help you meet challenges that may arise during your recovery from illness and injury.
Care is provided under the direction of your attending provider and by an interdisciplinary team. The primary goal of the Rehab Center is to assist you in your recovery and allow you to return to your maximum level of independence.
Our goal is to provide patients with a safe return home in the shortest time possible without compromising care. We are proud of our outstanding rehospitalization rates which are among the lowest in Maine. St. Mary’s D’Youville Pavilion is equally proud of the five out of five stars rating received from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
