Independent Living

St. Mary’s Residences is an Independent Senior Living Facility with 128 private one-bedroom efficiency sized apartments, including a living room, full bath, kitchenette with refrigerator, reserved exclusively for the elderly and handicapped. It offers tenants the independence of living on their own. Tenants may provide microwaves, toaster ovens, and other plug-in appliances. There are several sizes mostly designed for single occupants with some larger units for couples, and some ADA units available as well.

It has 11 card-operated laundry rooms with full-size appliances, activity room, Marcotte Chapel, library, cafeteria (Campus Cuisine), and a climate-controlled tunnel access to the hospital, and hallway to the nursing home.

St. Mary’s maintains a no-smoking policy. Smoking is prohibited within all buildings and only allowed in designated outside areas.
