Late yesterday we were informed of a fully vaccinated staff member that tested positive for COVID-19. This individual worked in the facility on Tuesday and Wednesday and was in contact with residents on 4 East. In accordance with our CDC guidance, we have tested all residents on 4 East and the staff that worked with this individual during their infectious period. At this time, we are limiting activities in this area, until we know if there has been any transmission of COVID-19 in our facility. We are in the process of updating all patients/residents and their responsible parties when applicable. We will continue to provide updates here as we know more.
