COVID-19 Family Update 11/04/2022

Influenza, RSV and COVID are circulating in the community and our community is no different. We currently have cases of COVID-19 on our 2 West and 4 East units. Our team continues to follow strict PPE and infection prevention guidelines. We encourage our visitors to do the same. If you choose to visit, we continue to ask that you assist in preventing any transmission by washing your hands before, during and after your visit, wear your well-fitting mask over your nose and mouth for the entire visit and remain socially distant as able. Additionally, we ask that you defer your visit, if able, to the facility if you have ANY symptoms of illness. With the most recent changes in guidance, there is no longer a physical screener present, actively screening visitors as they arrive. By entering the facility, you are confirming that you are symptom free. Should visitors have ANY symptoms that could be COVID they should refrain from visitation at that time. Our team remains in contact with our CDC liaison following the latest guidance to manage outbreak situations. We will continue to test staff and residents in these areas at regular intervals to detect asymptomatic cases. As we know more, we will continue to provide updates to everyone here.
