We were notified of a vaccinated clinical employee that was in our facility on Wednesday that subsequently developed symptoms overnight and tested positive on Thursday. This person has been excluded from work for quarantine. We have been in contact with our liaison at the CDC and tested all patients/residents that this individual had contact with. At this time, those residents will not be able to have visitors until their testing returns, which we anticipate will be later today. We have been working on reaching out to all residents and their responsible parties where applicable to notify them of this positive case. We will continue to provide updates here as they arise.
