Recently, we became aware of an employee that tested positive, who worked last on Sunday. This employee had contact with residents on 4 East, 3 East and 2 West along with some of the staff that work throughout the facility. We will be completing testing of the individuals that have had close contact with the positive employee and continue post updates here regarding the outcomes of testing. COVID-19 continues to circulate in the community, with Androscoggin county experiencing high levels of transmission. We continue to encourage our staff, residents and visitors to follow infection prevention practices of masking, hand hygiene and social distancing while within the facility to keep themselves and each other safe.
