The 232 staff swabs we sent yesterday as a part of our outbreak testing returned negative today. We sent an additional 96 staff swabs today for processing and anticipate having those results sometime tomorrow. This concludes our 2nd round of staff testing for this week. We are cautiously optimistic by these results however we also know that from time of exposure to the COVID-19 virus there is a incubation period of 2-14 days. We will be testing all residents again on Monday with another round of staff testing on Tuesday/Wednesday. We are thankful for our team of wonderful caregivers who have stepped up to the plate throughout the pandemic. It takes the entire team, in every department to navigate these challenging times.
