We currently have 1 case of COVID-19 on our 2 East, Transitional Rehabilitation Unit. This individual has been isolated to their room and is experiencing minor symptoms. We have notified patients residing in this area and their representatives when applicable. We continue to monitor all patients/residents for signs and symptoms of COVID-19. If you are visiting the facility, please continue to wear your mask, wash your hands and remain socially distant, as able. It is important to the health and well being of all of our patients/residents, care team members and our families to remain vigilant in preventing transmission of illness. We will continue to provide updates here regarding COVID-19 in our facility.
