We have received the results of yesterday’s testing and are happy to report that none of our residents that were tested are positive. Through our testing and symptom screening process we have identified additional staff that are positive. These 2 new staff cases are individuals that work with residents on our Rehab unit and 3 East. These individuals were in close contact with other staff and residents during their infectious period. We are currently in the processes of notifying those individuals and updating residents and their responsible parties. We have been in consultation with the CDC and will be testing residents and staff in these areas again on Thursday, 1/13/2022. The ongoing and elevated community transmission of COVID-19 continue to add to our daily challenges. Please be patient with our care team members that are showing up everyday to provide the care our patients and residents deserve.
