We currently have 5 COVID positive patients on our 2 East, skilled rehabilitation unit. Most are asymptomatic with some experiencing mild symptoms. Additionally, we have 1 resident on 3 East and 1 resident on 4 East, recovering from COVID-19. Through contact tracing, we have determined that these patients/residents have come in contact with other positive individuals, either employees or visitors. We continue to remind everyone that if you are experiencing any “cold” symptoms you should postpone your visit and not enter the facility. We continue be in contact with our CDC liaison regarding our outbreak and following infection prevention practices that we are all to familiar with. Please wear your mask appropriately and wash your hands before, during and after your visit. We will continue to provide updates here as we know more.
